At LetsGradeCards it is now possible to get subscription solutions for PSA Grading! On this page you can read about how it works, how to get started and which conditions apply! You save 10% by taking out a subscription, which is valid for at least 3 months, with one shipment per month - If you need a special solution, you can contact our support at support@letsgradecards.dk

Minimum requirements for subscription schemes
Minimum quantity: 5 card/s
Minimum commitment period: 3 months
Minimum insurance: +DKK 17 per card/s (coverage for DKK 1,000 percard/s)

Return delivery with GLS
All subscription plans will get theirs card/s returned by GLS to the address registered! -  GLS home delivery costs DKK 70. - Upon agreement with LetsGradeCards, parcels can be delivered to Hotspots (Matraws) or to your nearest parcel shop with GLS. Price differences will be credited as Store Credit.

Binding period
There is a minimum commitment period of 3 months to take out a subscription with LetsGradeCards. When your commitment period has ended, you can cancel or pause your subscription at any time. Your subscription continues after your commitment period until you yourself cancel or pause your subscription.

Frequency
All subscriptions are basically set up for each month. However, it is possible to tailor a special solution if the number card/s and frequency does not suit exactly your needs. If you have to set up a special solution, it will cost you DKK 99 and you must contact our support at support@letsgradecards.dk

Our ambition with subscriptions
It is our ambition to be able to GUARANTEE all customers who send for grading with LetsGradeCards that we send for grading every week - especially on the service types Bulk (TCG) and Bulk (Sport / TCG), which are the customers' preferred service types. However, this requires a certain customer flow, and it is precisely here that we hope this concept can play a decisive role.

Payment of one's subscription
You will be charged for your subscription on the 1st of a month throughout your commitment period and continue thereafter until you cancel or pause your solution.

Opt Out
You have the option to cancel your subscription earlier than agreed! - This requires a charge of 50% of the total bill that is missing from your subscription. 
Should LetsGradeCards avoid significant restructuring, the customer's obligations will cease and recurring payments may cease.

Force Majeure
Should unforeseen changes occur at our supplier (PSA), such as (but not limited to) price increases, it is possible for LetsGradeCards ApS to cancel the customers' subscription plans. Should there be shutdowns at PSA that affect the service that LetsGradeCards ApS provides to its customers, it is possible to cancel subscription schemes if there is no prospect of the situation at PSA changing within a 3-month period.

Subscription Deadlines:
Deadline for submission of card/s on all subscription schemes is the last banking day of a given month! If we have not received your package 10 days before the deadline, we will send you a reminder to your email. If we have not received your package on the last banking day of a month, we will send you a "LAST WARNING" email, giving you +5 days to deliver your package to us. AFTER our deadline for a given period has passed, your opportunity to send yours expires card/s in, but we credit you 50% of your payment as "large credit" which you can use on our website. 

It is YOURS responsibility to send your card/s to us in a timely manner. - If there are periods when it is not possible for you, you must contact support@letsgradecards.dk to make a written agreement to extend your submission deadline.

Opening offer:

Valid until 1/7 - 2024, everyone who takes out a subscription will have DKK 100 deposited as Store Credit into your account, which you can use to shop more card/s, or products on our website.

Special offers at PSA:
If there are special offers at PSA, they are automatically assigned to everyone who has a subscription solution. This means that if PSA makes an offer on the service you subscribe to that affects the price, you automatically receive "Store Credit" that you can use in your next purchase. If PSA makes an offer that positively affects the delivery speed, you will automatically be covered by this offer.

Why is it smart?
This is designed for those collectors who continuously want to send card/s for grading - It is YOU who can see the value in having a fixed flow of card/s which you send off so that you always receive card/s home, which you can use to exchange, sell and store in your PC (Private Collection). It is still possible to use our website as you have always done. For all new customers, and the segment of customers who prefer to send 1-5 once in a while, we recommend that you use the normal flow on our website.

Store Credit is awarded to your account in a number of cases!
If we need to credit you, or refund parts of an order, you will receive this in the form of Store Credit. You don't submit yours card/s in its subscription scheme in a timely manner, the option to send your card/s to us, but we credit you 50% of your payment as Store Credit!
