Here you will find all practical information about "hotspots". Hotspots are a new initiative that LetsGradeCards is trying to establish, where you as a customer can hand in yours card/s for grading physically, with a trusted LGC employee or a business partner.

What is a hotspot?
A "hotspot" is a local place in Denmark where you have the opportunity to hand in yours card/s physically instead of sending them to us!
How does it work?
LetsGradeCards has a number of partners who are willing to accept yours card/s which must be sent for grading. When you have placed your order on our website, choose the method you would like to receive yours card/s back on - If you choose, for example, "Matraws", it will be yours card/s delivered to the selected hotspot when your card/s coming back from grading! - You will be notified via email when your card/s is ready to be picked up.
When we pick up your package, you will receive a picture as documentation that we are now in possession of your package - this is typically sent to the email you used when you placed your order on our webshop
Before yours card/s sent for grading, you receive as a fixed procedure a video documentation and an overview of your card/s.
When are the deadlines at a hotspot?
Deadlines at the local hotspots are one week before the normal deadline. In order for us to pick up your package anywhere in the country, we need some time. Therefore, the deadline is basically a week before the normal deadline, at the local hotspot locations
Why choose a hotspot?
We work to create as optimal security for you as a customer as possible! - If you feel tight about having to send your cardboard jewelery by post, then a hotspot is a good solution for you. Then you also save some money on shipping :)
