User creation

At LetsGradeCards we are moving to encourage our customers to register as a user on our website! - It gives you as a customer a wide range of advantages and it helps us as a company to provide you with a range of services that have been administratively burdensome before!

Here's how to get started!
Register as a user on our website. You can do that here!

If you create yourself with an email that has previously been used on our website, most of your information should already be available when you log into your account for the first time. However, it is still important that you review your account and ensure that all information is still correct! - If you already have an account, simply log in.

Once you are set up!
Start by making sure all your information is correct under "My Profile"

If you need to change your address, email or other details in your account, you can now manage this yourself, without needing help from our support team! - Under your profile, it is also possible to set up alternative addresses if you need it!

Once you are set up:
When you are created as a user, you have the opportunity to see all the orders you have ever placed (be aware that if you have used different email addresses, you can only see orders from the email you used to create your account)


It is our ambition that in the long term, via the order overview, you can follow your status "tracking" on your PSA order via your account and order overview. This is NOT implemented yet but we are working on it!!!

Tracking when your order is RETURN!
When we upload a tracking number to GLS on your order, it will appear in your order summary. Press "Track & Trace" to see your tracking number. Press "Track my package" to go directly to the GLS website, where you can see your shipment status.

See your Store Credit
When you are logged into your account, you can now see your Store Credit.

How to use your Store Credit:
When you are logged in and want to use your Store Credit, you must start by choosing what you want to buy on our website. When you are ready and in your shopping basket, start by pressing the small icon in the top right corner which indicates that you have Store Credit available.


Once you have clicked on the Store Credit icon, you can mark how much of your Store Credit you want to use on the order you are about to place, then press the "Check out" button to proceed:

When you have done this, you end up on our "Check out" page, where you can now see that the system has deducted your Store Credit from your order.
